We can provide guidance for takeoff between 13:00 and 20:00.
You can’t fly exactly at sunset.
The amount of flight changes after the sunset time.
The sunset time is replaced by the season.

30 minutes before the takeoff time is the meeting and reception time.
Since we cannot provide guidance for safe flight, 20 minutes before takeoff, it will be canceled on the day.
There is also a waiting room, so please arrive with time.

It is usually a reservation for 2 people.
You can ride up to 3 people with one person.

We are very sorry.
In Tokyo Heliport, photography in a heliport is completely prohibited due to safety.
The proposal can takes place either inside the cabin or in the hangar where the helicopter is stored.
The staff will guide you to the hangar to take photography after landing.

If you absolutely wish to take a photo in the heliport, we will propose it with another heliport.
Please contact us.

Of course, you can take photos on your smartphone.
Set the mobile phone in an in flight mode to prevent it from emitting radio waves. Please refrain from using the flash. In addition, please refrain from bringing in large cameras over 20cm in size. Camera bringing restrictions (One camera per person) Replacement lenses, batteries, etc. are prohibited.
Shooting when getting on and off and taking off and landing is prohibited.

Bringing baggage into the cabin is prohibited in principle. There is a locker with a key (free) in the waiting room, so please leave all your baggage.

Only items that ""fit in your pocket"" can be brought into the cabin.
Please have the ring ready in your pocket.
When you go through a metal detector, staff will suporrt you to ensure your partner doesn't find it.

We are sorry.
Bringing items other than ""things that fit in your pocket"" is completely prohibited.

The bouquet will be stored to be handed over in the hangar after landing.

You can send it by specifying the morning arrival on the day.
At that time, be sure to write your takeoff date and time and your full name on the courier service slip.

The staff can call a taxi.
Please contact the staff at the time of the reception.

We offer rescheduling within 6 months from the date of your reservation (up to 3 times) or providing a full refund.

Daytime flight (from 13:00 to before sunset): The day before or in the morning of the day
Night Flight (from sunset to 20:00): around 15:00 to 16:00 on the day

We will contact you by deciding whether the flight is possible.

You cannot eat and drink on board.

Also, please refrain from eating and drinking in the waiting room.

In the case of a strong wind, a thick cloud, or a day when the view is not more than 5 km, it will be suspended.

Changes in the boarding date and time will be accepted 2 days before (excluding weekends and holidays) until 1:00 pm.

You can change your reservation up to 3 months, 3 times in total. There is no change fee.

There are four parking spaces in front of the helicopter company office. If they are full, please contact the reception.

We can't play music or images on board.

There are no acoustic facilities and video facilities on board. In addition, we ask passengers not to bring these devices on board.

No pets are allowed on the premises.
