- This plan comes with a dedicated concierge, and you will need support such as schedule adjustment, reservation agency, and schedule creation on the day. Therefore, a production fee of 16,500 yen (including tax) will be charged.
- Minatomirai store
- Cancellation is not accepted in principle. We will accept the schedule change.
Also, in case of cancellation, please note that 100% of the plan option fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In the following cases, a schedule change fee will be charged.
From 7 days before to the day: 100% of the fee
※We are proceeding with the arrangement, so we cannot refund the "production fee" after receiving your payment.
Actual cost at the time of applicationIn addition, when ordering individual optional items at Anniversaire Minato Mirai Yokohama, there will be a separate schedule change fee. We will inform you at the time of ordering, so please be aware of this before applying.
The use of candles in the chapel (not allowed to bring in) is limited to the proposal plan only. It cannot be used for wedding ceremonies, photo plans, etc. - Omotesando branch
- Cancellation is not accepted in principle. We will accept the schedule change.
If you change the schedule on the day of the event, you will be required to pay the actual cost for items that have already been produced (bouquets, meals, etc.). A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for meals from 3 days before.

- If you arrange and bring your own floral gifts such as bouquets, a handling fee of ¥11,000 will apply.
